Your document will be held in a queue until you log in with your N# at a release station.
NSCC uses Papercut to manage printing on campus. Students are supplied with 250 copies each semester, with the option to purchase additional prints as needed. For details on how to use the service and how to purchase additional prints, review the student reference guide.
Color printing is available through a number of hallway release stations around campus. To make color prints, select the COLOR RELEASE STATION printer. Your document will be held in a queue until you log in with your N# at a release station. Release stations also offer copier and scan-to-email functions.
The release stations are installed in the following locations:
If you encounter an issue with a lab printer or hallway release station please contact the I.T. Helpdesk.
All students, faculty and staff are provided a free license of Microsoft Office 365 for installation on personal computers. Please see the attached instructions to obtain your copy of Microsoft Office.

Because the software is to be installed on non College-owned devices, the Help Desk cannot provide technical support beyond the instructions above. If you have technical difficulties, please contact Microsoft support.
The recommended way to authenticate your sign-ins is to use the Microsoft Authenticator app, which can be downloaded from all app stores. Using the app ensures you are able to authenticate anywhere on campus.
If you prefer to receive texts or phone calls to authenticate, make sure Wi-Fi calling is enabled on your device by checking your phone's settings app.
If you got a new phone or new phone number recently and have discovered that you cannot sign into your account, please call the Help Desk so we may re-register your MFA to your new phone.
See this article for instructions to access the NSCC VPN.
See this article for troubleshooting steps if you do not have VPN access.
